SportSpectator is a company dedicated to teaching the novice fan (or non-fan) more about sports. It primarily does this through 3 resources:
1- Weekly Water Cooler Blog: Impress your co-workers, spouse, children, or friends by sounding “conversational” in sports. This weekly Monday morning blog recaps the biggest headlines in sports from the previous week and informs readers what to look for in the coming week. After reading the blog, you should be up-to-date on sports talk that is likely to occur around the water cooler.
2- Fan Central: Section on our website devoted to teaching spectators more about sports and providing access to other sports resources. We cover popular sports such as football, baseball, and basketball, as well as lesser-know sports such as field hockey, lacrosse, and water polo.
3- SportSpectator Guide to Sport: Series of educational sports guides that teach spectators the basics of sports. We sell these through our website and also offer a sports fundraiser for youth and high school sports teams. We currently have guides to 15 sports.
